Updated labels for the ATLAS LEGO model

January 9, 2020BYOPDSascha Mehlhase
New label in use at KEK in Japan.

I have recently updated the labels to put along with the original ATLAS LEGO model.

Three different labels are available in English and German, and I’ve just added a Japanese version for the overview label. If you need a label in your language, just let me know (and maybe help me translate them).

Looking forward to the 2019 CERN Open Days

August 29, 2019BYOPDSascha Mehlhase

We are looking forward to BYOPD being a part of the 2019 CERN Open Days 14/15 September, both at Point 1 – ATLAS and Point 5 – CMS.

Just like at the 2013 CERN Open Days event, you have the chance to build what you think a ‘particle detector’ does/should look like, give it a creative name, and enter the competition to win some nice CERN-inspired prices.
